Get Plugin Page Hook Errors.

    Im getting this error.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_plugin_page_hook() in c:\****\member\*****\wp-admin\menu-header.php on line 43

    when I attempt to adjust my options in the admin menu. I searched this forum with no results. can someone help?
