What’s your site URL?
Is it that the plugin can’t find G4? This could be because G4 isn’t a word and the mySQL search fails. This will need a bit of digging with Query Monitor to get it to work I suspect.
Hi Ajay, thanks for the response apologies I’m late getting back to you.
Please see link: https://grpukltd.com/?s=g4&post_type=product
Having a look on our wordpress dashboard and all the “Unsuccessful Search Terms” are for G4 🥴.
Any help much appreciated.

Can you tell me what are your settings for the plugin? Have you selected to include the product post type in the settings page – although the post_type attribute should be looked up I suspect when the plugin checks it.
Separately, can you also try turning on BOOLEAN mode in the settings page?
Hi,
So in settings & then Search tab (after General)…
…product is ticked.
Ive ticked Activate BOOLEAN mode….didn’t make a diff.
So then (dont know if this is correct) also ticked Aggressive Search, again wont return search result g4.
Thanks
Excuse my ignorance but we’ve sort of been abandoned by our web developer. Can see quite a few installed plugins relating to search facility. Could this be the reason why its not working?
Relavanssi
Search By SKU-for Woocommerce
Search Manager Lite for WooCommerce & WordPress
Thanks

No issues at all. It doesn’t look like you’re using my plugin.
I’m not sure if Relavanssi is pulling out the results or one of the others. You’ll likely need to see which one is active.
If Relvanssi, you will need to raise a support query with them: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/relevanssi/
Search by SKU: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/search-by-sku-for-woocommerce/
Search Manager Lite: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/search-manager/
