if we added your WhatsApp number with country code after wa.me then it have to your WhatsApp chat window. similar way only plugin works.

We are not sure, why its not working. but it have to work.
Sorry, one of the solution we have is to change that number to WhatsApp Business account number or create a new WhatsApp business account
