Cannot sync and prices appear incorrect.

For a while, the plugin has not been able to do product updates and does not revise prices. The prices it shows seem wrong. I ask for your support in this matter.

As I understand, when you update the prices on your site, it is not syncing with Facebook and thus the prices in your Facebook catalog don’t get updated.
Can you please check if other changes (like stock) are syncing fine with the Facebook catalog?
If other updates are not going through as well, then I recommend disconnecting your site with your Facebook account, and connecting it again, and then check if that resolves the issues.
I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.
Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.
