This would be really nice.
I vote for this fetaure too! Would be prepared to pay for it in a premium version as I can’t find a solution out there for sending the same message to customers. Right now I have to copy and paste set messages and then edit to correct the details, clunky and not ideal.
I would also be interested in this feature. I have also been copying and pasting set messages manually.
There used to be a plugin that did this, but it has not been updated, had many php errors and is now taken down and under review.
