    Hi @ommi,

It seems like you have set Stripe in Live mode and the website is loading via http. For Stripe to work the website needs to be loading via https, ie the SSL certificate should be working fine on your website.

Does the form work if you switch “Payment mode” to “Test” in the Stripe field on the form side?

If it works fine with “Test” mode then I’m afraid the issue might be more related to SSL not installed on your website.

You’ll have to bring this to your Hosting provider’s attention and ensure SSL is installed on your website.

Please do check and let us know how that goes.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi
I check the website I set the stripe payment field live to test mode but its the same issue

Unrecognized request URL (GET: /v1/payment_intents/). If you are trying to list objects, remove the trailing slash. If you are trying to retrieve an object, make sure you passed a valid (non-empty) identifier in your code. Please see https://stripe.com/docs or we can help at https://support.stripe.com/.

    Hi @ommi,

That’s an odd issue. We would like to check your form settings, could you please share your form export so that we could give a closer look?

Please check the following doc on how to export a form:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or via any such cloud services in the following reply.

We are looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi @ommi

Thank you for sharing the form!

I’ve imported it to a test site and made a test submissions (I’ve changed e-mali address in notification so you won’t see it on your end), including payment with test card.

It worked fine on my setup, with no issues and no “payment intents” errors.

You mentioned earlier too that the same form worked on your other site so that together with my test suggests that the issue is specific to some aspect of the site configuration.

At this point it would be recommended to conduct a full conflict test. However, before doing that, please check first if any of your other plugins does have some payment/Stripe options built-in. Sometimes, due to libraries loaded, it may be causing such issues so if there’s any such plugin, start with temporarily disabling it.

If there’s no such plugin or disabling it doesn’t change anything, continue with a full test, like this:

    – disable all the plugins except Forminator
    – switch theme to Twenty Twenty-Two
    – clear cache on server (if there is any)
    – test the form

If form works, then enable your original theme back and test again. If it stops working, we know it’s theme that is causing conflict.

If it still works, start enabling plugins back one by one, after each one checking for the issue – when it starts happening again, we know that last enabled plugin is the cause of conflict and knowing about it, we could then look closer into it to find solution.

Note please that above process isn’t “solution” but rather a troubleshooting tool. Based on results we can then decide on next steps to get it solved.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hello @ommi ,

We haven’t heard from you for some time now, so it looks like you don’t need our assistance anymore.

Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.
