Hi @um12,
Instead I get a Redirect to the Home Page with a #response= in the URL.
The #response hash is used by the Stripe plugin to determine that 3DS is required. It sounds like you have a plugin that’s intercepting that hashchange event and performing the redirect before the Stripe plugin can process it.
Did this behavior start recently? If so I’d take a look at the plugins you have updated recently. That suggestion is only relevant if you were previously using the plugin and 3DS was working as expected.
Kind Regards,

Hey @mrclayton,
thanks for the fast answer. So we know everything is working except for the hash to be caught, is that right? 3D secure didn’t work at any time. The following Plugins are installed:
Advanced Custom Fields PRO
All-in-One WP Migration
Borlabs Cookie
CoCart Lite
Gravity Forms
Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce
Premmerce Permalink Manager for WooCommerce
Public Woo Api
Trustbadge Reviews for WooCommerce
WebP Converter for Media
WooCommerce
WP Mail SMTP
Yoast SEO
any known issues with those?
I’m also curious about why there is the redirect to the homepage (with the hash) and not a refresh of the checkout page (and the hash).
Looking forward to your answer.
Greetings

Hi @um12
Yes, the hash event is not being caught I suspect.
Yes the redirect to the homepage is odd. Do you have a staging site where this can be replicated?
I can’t say which of those plugins you listed might be the culprit. The staging site would be best to determine that.
Kind regards
@um12 if you could please contact us using the support page in the Stripe Plugin settings. That will ensure we receive your request.

Done that too, looking forward to your answer.
Setting to resolved. The merchant’s theme is causing a conflict.
