    Hello, i have the issue,
when i activate TranslatePress plugin, pdf ticket fails to download. When i deactivate plugin, it works perfectly. Can anyone tell me what to exclude, what i have to write and where to restrict plugin to translate pdf s or?
I use tickera ticketing theme and i’m struggeling with that and i’m pretty exhausted. Otherwise translation works fine.

    Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Please, exclude the link selector using the Exclude selectors from dynamic translation /& Exclude selectors from translation options from TP Settings –> Advanced tab.

Let me know if you have any further questions about this!

It seems to be conflict between Woocommerce and TranslatePress plugins. When i deactivate TranslatePress, all buttons work great. Site theme uses Woocommerce checkout page and after purchase it lets download pdf, but when i try to open it it gives error message “failed to load pdf”. Is it because of added language slug into URL or something else, i cant tell. I use Tickera plugin for ticket sales and it works great. It sends pdf tickets to customer’s e mails with no problems and after downloading from email it opens great aswell.
Only problem i have is downloading from checkout page right after purchase. I can download it, but when i try to open pdf ticket, it gives error message.

    Hey there,

I’m sorry for the long waiting time you encountered.

As this seems to need further investigation my suggestion would be to create a ticket at:
    https://translatepress.com/support/ask-a-presale-question/

P.S — Please mention this link so me or my colleagues will know what we already tried and didn’t work.

    Kind regards,
