Steps as:
1) Point your cursor to your “Heading – 1” title
2) “Add a new article” using the + (plus) icon
3) Later on, you can reorder the article as you need

My issue is after heading2. There is no provision in wedocs to add subsection level 3.

⭐️ If you want to reorder any article/post just change the parent page from the quick edit view.
