We have paytrace gateway setup for the payment and recieveing credit card info from customers. Unfortunately after long hours of triubleshoot, it does not seems to be working.
So far the payment gateway is enabled as default payment process but on checkout page it shows an error message “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

We have also enabled other payment methos such as cash on delivery, pay later option that seems to be responding well at c/o page.

We would appreciate any suggestions or insight to troubleshoot the issue.

Thank you for sending the System Status.
If you tried other payment methods and it works, then the issue is related to the Paytrace Gateway.
In the System Status, I can see that the plugin is outdated; you can try updating it and check if the issue is solved.
