3 same orders in one minute?

    Hello,

    is it possible that one customer order same product three time in one minute? This is not logical and is also hard to achieve because of session expiration.

    It’s possible that Woocommerce get stuck at some point?

    Does anyone had same situation?

    Hi @alchan123,

    It might be possible if the site loads slowly. The customer may have thought that the order was not successfully placed and therefore have pressed the button several times. Some users that have experienced the same, decided to get in contact with the customer directly and check with them if it was intentional or not.

    That said, there have been cases where multiple orders have been placed within a short timeframe. You can go through the search in the forum and see if you find some good inputs:
