    Hi fellow nerds! πŸ™‚

I’m having a problem with an Elementor site that I am busy building, and this has never happened on any of the other Elementor sites that I built, which is freaking me out.

The landing page has a video background (Elementor canvas), and on the other pages I have some Motion Effects on the elements. Nor the video or the elements with motion effects are showing unless I am logged in, so in other words my client can’t see what I have done unless logged in.

Can someone shed some light on this issue perhaps? I would be forever grateful.

    Thanks

  • Hi,
This might be caused by bugs or conflict.

I would like to have you perform a few steps to fix this issue –

Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard.
Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor.
If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
If this doesn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

Please update me when you can.

    Thanks a lot!
I managed to solve it this afternoon. Turned out it was a plugin conflict as you mentioned.

@riaan2 Can you tell us which plugin was conflicting? I’m having the same issue.
