We have fixed the issue.
Please update the main plugin to version 1.10.3
And then please update the custom thank you screen add-on to version 1.2.1
If the update of the custom thank you screen doesn’t work, please deactivate it first then, update it then, activate it again.
Please let me know if both updates have fixed your problem.
