This is usually caused by the way font CSS is included/built and they way to deal with it is to adjust optimization for it.
A bit “brutal” way is to try disabling fonts optimization entirely. You can do it by unchecking “Fonts” checkbox on “Asset Optimization” page in “Configurations” page. If that doesn’t help, switch to “Exclusions” tab (in the same section) and start typing-in “font”.
It should show you a list of Font Awesome related files that you can then add to exclusions.
