I’ve installed the plugin and you can enable the notifier for specific products and categories. Below are the settings for this plugin:

Yes, there are options called “Show/Hide Subscribe Form for specific products” and “Show/Hide Subscribe Form for specific categories” on the settings page (Admin Dashboard->Settings->Instock Notifier->Visibility Settings). By enabling these options, you are able to show or hide the subscription form for specific products/categories.
