Hi there,
I don’t know what cache plugin you are using, but wp store locator has its own caching mechanism too. If you want to force erase wp store locator’s transient cache, there is a setting in the settins page, near the end. You will find a button labelled “Clear transient cache”.
By the way, wp store locator does not get along very well with some caching plugins. Most caching plugins do have a way to exclude certain pages from caching. Consider adding the urls where you are displaying the wp store locator map to the exclusion list 🙂
I hope that helps,
Regards,
Hey, thanks for the answer. I already tried to use the “clear transient cache” but it didn’t change. I also tried to empty all the cache but it’s not working.
The cache system is provided by the hosting -Bluehost, I don’t know how to manage it… I’ll give it a check.
Hi again,
So I understand you dont’t have a cache plugin that you have installed yourself, you are using your hosting provider caching mechanism, right?
If you want to take a look at your site maybe you can write us a support ticket and we can take it from there.
Regards,
I managed to turn off completely the Cache provided by the host (Bluehost), refresh via “Clear transient cache” and it seems it works, the only problem is I probably will need the cache so I’ll try to see if I can exclude the map page. Thanks a lot for your help.
