Allow Downloads to any country, but restrict physical products to ship US only

    Hi,

    I am wondering if there is a way to allow digital download products to be purchased by someone from any country, but still restrict the shipping and sale of physical products to a specific country?

    Hi @jamiedmediaworxavcom !

    If you head to WooCommerce > Settings you will see two settings:

    • Selling location(s)
    • Shipping location(s)

    To achieve the scenario you are describing please make sure that those are set to:

    • Sell to all countries
    • Ship to specific countries only

    This way once you mark the product as virtual & downloadable there will be no shipping requirement thus allowing the first “rule” to be fulfilled, in case there is shipping it will only display for the countries you specifically allow shipping to.

    Thanks! This is exactly what I was looking for. It seems so obvious now that you have explained it, but I did not understand the correlation between these two settings. I greatly appreciate your help!
