Hello Bruce,
Yes, i had enable all of it.
If the payment method is paypal, order status will be “processing” after place the order and with payment successfully, it can be received the email
but at the same order, when I change the order status from “processing” to “complete”, there is no any email, but I already enable both of the templates.
And the bank transfer payment method, order status is “on-hold” after place order, I received the on-hold mail.
But when I change the status from “on-hold” to “processing” / “complete”, also is not sending any mail too
Just only received the first step of the mail
