    Hello,

I installed the plug-in as I have a new member starting soon and didn’t want to give access to the orders and revenue information. Only the products information as they will be keying in new products.
Yet, since I installed the plug-in, unless I make the user an admin, they are not able to see the back-end of the site.
They are always navigating to the ‘my account’ page on my site (https://snipboard.io/OpCyM8.jpg)

There is no navigation on top to navigate to the back-end or such sort.
Can you please assist in what I did wrong or which option I forget to tick? Don’t want to give the person admin rights…

    Thank you!

    Hi,

URE does not have redirection option by default.

I suppose you have WooCommerce installed. If Yes, add capability ‘view_admin_dashboard’ and grant it to the role which your user has.

You may have also some other plugin, like membership, which may have own option – allow or not access to back-end to the not admin users.

    Hi,

Is there any chance you can tell me exactly which option I need to enable?
I have throuble finding back the ‘view_admin_dashboard’ (not poping up neither through filter).

    I have indeed woocommerce installed.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

‘view_admin_dashboard’ capability is not created by default. You can add it manually using “Add Capability” button at URE page. Then grant this capability to your user role. I hope it will help.
