Great plugin and excellent support!

I needed a solution that could populate different contact forms based on an initial selection from a drop down menu.

Also that each populated form would be directed to different departments.

I was totally able to do this with this plugin after adding the Conditional Logic Extension

My solution was quite complex so I had a few issues initially setting it up, but the support team assisted me (very promptly) to iron out all the little issues to get the form working exactly as it was intended to!
