Driver registration form error

I have recently encountered an error when users try to register as driver but they get an error while doing so.

this is error they get once they submit the form “A server error occurred and your email was not sent”.

I checked the logs but didn’t find anything related to this plugin.

Please kindly look into this, I have the premium version.
