[Plugin: Audit Trail] Network activate

I tried to Network Activate Audit Trail 1.1.6 on WP 3.0 (multisite) and nothing was recorded.
However, when I installed on a blog-by-blog basis, it’s working great!
Is there something I need to do to install across all sites?
