Payment Transaction page issue

Hello,

I have an issue with the Payment transaction page: when I try to open it I get this message:

There was an error rendering this view. Please contact support for assistance if the problem persists.
TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘toString’)

Can somebody help me to fix it?

Hi @rena80

I’d be glad to help you get this sorted.

We received similar reports associated with error from other users. This was caused by a bug in WordPress core, which has actually already been fixed.

I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.
