It seams that you are blocked for some reason and we need to see is problem to the IP address, our API or your server.

From what I can see, you have reached the limit with the API which is at the daily maximum of 1000 lookups. The next day you will again get 1000 lookups that you can use.

As far as the caching plugin is concerned, the only thing that matters is that there is no caching of files on the server in order to enable PHP to extract information, and cache support must be turned on in the settings of our plugin.
