    Hi there

    So I am using a payment gateway and have had a few problems, with the order not “going through” and instead it’s in my orderlist, but on “awaiting payment” which eventually runs out of time.

    I want to prevent that from happening.

    Where do I find the page, which shows me the order process. I’ve been in talks with the payment gateways support team, which tells me it should be somewhere.

    It should tell if the order goes like: Pay first -> Order confirmation or Order confirmation -> payment.

    Hi there,

    It depends upon what woo commerce payment gateway you are using.

    However by default you can navigate to the payment gateways by going to WooCommerce > Settings. From here click on “Payments”.

    Hi again,

    In there I can’t really see what kind of process it is. Only disable or activate different payment methods.

    The support team, says there’s probably a way to see it, but I just can’t find it.

    The gateway is Paylike.

    Alternatively you can also increase or set no limit on how long until a pending payment fails by going to: WooCommerce->Settings->Products->Inventory and update the field “Hold stock (minutes)”.

    WooCommerce Core does not have the ability to handle payments per se, payments are handled by specific payments plugins according to the user needs.
