Override template?

I’ve made numerous edits to RSS_Retriever_Feed.php. Mostly adding classes to the ul, li, read more button, etc. But also adding some html for structuring.

I’d like to add this updated file to my theme to make it update proof. But doing so doesn’t seem to override, is it possible?
