Hi,
Can you please send us your site URL?
Using the latest stable version I did not encounter this issue. It might be a conflict with your theme or plugins,
Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:
– Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
– switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.
I hope this information helped you.
Hey!
Well!😥…
I’ve done all of the above!
Listen, I did this:
Deactivated all plugins, Changed the whole theme!? Not sure all is okay! Here’s what I did more!
I was on Nginx host. I got a new server! Lightspeed!
Installed Elementor on fresh WP, And needed plugins. I got the same Issue!
Then again deactivated all plugins, And still facing the same Issue!
100% something wrong!Not convinced yet?
Okay, I’ve done it on Localhost too!
You can do it too!!!Drag the “Icon Box” widget! Set your needed design on it! Then set “Positioning > Custom Width” any percentage on each device: Ex: Desktop 50%, Tablet 45%, Phone 100%…
Then look into the results! You can tell!
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards

Hi,
After investigating it seems you have encountered a bug. Unfortunately, there is no workaround for now- I recommend keeping an eye on our changelog until a permanent fix is released.

Hi,
This thread is resolved as there is no fix at the moment, we are working on it.
You can roll back if you need it to work as follows –
https://elementor.com/help/rolling-back-to-a-previous-version-of-elementor/My apologies for the inconvenience.
Hi,
I apologize for the inconvenience.
There is a workaround to solve this problem. If you look at the Positioning settings on tablet or mobile you will see that text for the “Custom” select option is a lighter gray color, like smaller opacity: https://prnt.sc/yEIFZe9vc2SK. More precise to say is not selected. If you go and select the Custom option for tablet and mobile, set the width in percentage, and save changes, you will see that settings are applied on the frontend. https://www.loom.com/share/217db34b84174f4089db09779b35b80b
Positioning width set to Custom for tablet: https://prnt.sc/iIzooMjNtbfo
Frontend preview for tablets: https://prnt.sc/o02gL8iwh4cT
Frontend preview for mobiles: https://prnt.sc/jfLxOcvnF_aOThe trick is to make sure Custom width is selected for every responsive breakpoint (tablets, mobiles, etc.) and that you entered the desired width of the widget for that device. I made these edits for the first section under hero on this page: https://husseinsaleh.de/ueber-mich/. If you have any other pages using custom Positioning, please try this workaround and let me know how it worked.
If the issue persists, please try to roll back to the version that worked for you.
Rollback To a Previous Version of ElementorI help this helps:)
