No. Lemme explain. For example I have 10 files I want to upload. Each file carries details of information of several cars.
When my clients are buying them, if a client wants to purchase 2 files, by increasing the quantity to 2, I want 2 of these files to download. And the stock quantity drops by 2.

ok. I have about 1000 files. And these files contain information about some cars. When my clients want to purchase these files. Theres information about 2013 Toyota cars, 2015 Toyota cars, 2013 Honda cars and so on.
When a clients want to purchase information on 2013 Toyota cars.. they might want to purchase 3 files containing different information about 3 different 2013 Toyota cars.
is there a way to allow them to go to a product called “2013 Toyota cars”, increase quantity to “3” and buy and 3 different files will be downloaded to there devices?

Have you tried creating grouped products? A grouped product lets a customer add several similar products from the product page. You can also manage stock of each child product in that grouped product.
