Another retry and another failure

    Tried to give a second chance to this plugin after 6 month of first try and failure and was hoping that majority of the issues will be fixed. But still having major issues:

    After sending the invoice to the customer (from Woocommerce/Email the invoice action), customer was not able to pay and I received a Failed Order email. Customer received the error message: “Cardholder’s first and last name are required, please fill the checkout form required fields”. Customer tried multiple times and every time his CC has been preauthorized.

    The issue you mentioned is documented here and will be addressed for the next plugin update.

    did you manage to get this issue resolved? This should have been fixed in our 1.8.1 release. If you are still encountering this issue, please contact us as Niklas advised in the previous response.
