Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please confirm did you enable the Tax settings? You can enable that by following these steps:
- Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > General.
- Select the Enable Taxes and Tax Calculations checkbox.
- Save changes.
Once done, please make sure that you have set up a tax class and assigned that to the product. Please check the following documentation and make sure that you have followed all the steps:
https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/
I hope it helps!

Hi @ujroberto
The documents access are restricted. Could you make them publicly available?
Thanks.I’m sorry,
yesHello,
Thanks for sharing the System Report and error logs!
Going back to the screenshots you shared earlier, I see you have selected the “Standard” shipping class as the default. Can you share how that shipping class is configured? You can find it in WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Standard rates.
Also, can you please confirm if the product is set to use that tax class? See the image below for reference.

*Simple product – downloadableHi @ujroberto,
Thanks for sending the screenshots. Everything seems to be correctly set, so this can be a conflict with your theme or another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Check if the taxes are now being applied
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.
You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Best,

Hi @ujroberto
To clarify, is the store address added under WooCommerce > general > Store Address? I mean is this an accurate address?
Is the issue happening after clearing the site cache?
Let us know, thanks.
Hi,
I have a good news, it’s working!
The address is correct, I just deleted the tax row and replaced with a new one.
Really thank you for the support!
CheersHi @ujroberto
