    Hello,

    Before the permalinks of my products were “/produit”.
    I don’t know why it is now “/product”.

    I am trying to change it in WordPress setting but as soon I am putting the permalinks as “/produit”, after all my products are redirecting to a 404 error.

    Do you please know how to fix that ?

    Hi there,

    Your permalinks should follow what is set as site language. Is this still set to french here: https://d.pr/i/jU6PWP ?

    It indicates there may have arisen a conflict with one or more tools on the site.

    Do you remember making any changes before the issue started such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

    Before we recommend a conflict test, please share with us the following so we can take a closer look:

    1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
