Hi @sumitmalhotra, thanks for getting in touch.

You can use Snipboard to show screenshots here on the forums, just make sure to sensor any sensitive information. It’d be useful to see some Live Traffic blocks with the “eye” icon clicked for more information on why the blocks are taking place.

Wordfence by no means aims to restrict SEO visibility or legitimate bots from the likes of Google and Bing by default so it makes me wonder if something else is in play. Do you have a restrictive robots.txt? Also, are you running Yoast or a similar SEO plugin on your site which should assist you in configuring everything properly for best visibility?

I had a problem even running an IP lookup for your site even though it’s visible in my browser, so I’m also wondering if you have an overly restrictive firewall as part of your hosting plan or web server setup. It would certainly be worth bringing this to the attention of your host and see if their support channels can help you out here.

Settings for Google bots in Rate Limiting (click for more info), Wordfence > All Options > Firewall Options > Advanced Firewall Options > Allowlisted services also shows other allowlisted services such as Facebook etc.

If you continue to have problems, can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

I do strongly suspect from the IP lookup issue though that there are some issues connecting to and from your site that would also be blocking Wordfence itself from working properly as they appear to be occurring before PHP even runs.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
