    hi, when i go to the support page, it asks me to verify the account. when I log into my account via the support page link it doesn’t make me verify the account. how can I do ?

    yes I bought a “smart quantity” extension. the screen is this https://ibb.co/5Y5dVw3 but if I follow the procedure I have no way to verify my address because no message appears as described.

    Thanks for sending the screenshot of what is happening.

    Please be sure the email address you are trying to verify is the one registered as the owner of the plugin
    Smart Product Quantity.

    You can also check your email spam or junk folder in case the email received is on there.

    Of course it’s the same address. i bought the plugin on woocmmerce how could it be a different account?

    in any case, the email is the same between woocommerce and wordpress

    it doesn’t work and i’m wasting time to get assistance with a plugin that i need urgently. it is stupid that I have to verify the mail on an external site and that I have to do this senseless procedure. it’s an old registration I don’t have that email. it is absurd that I cannot request verification from your site and if I am already inside why do I have to check the email for assistance but I can buy the plugins.

    can’t you send me the email again? can’t you intervene?`

    I understand that you are able to log in to your WooCommerce account and can access your purchased products, but you no longer have that email address active.

    We have an update for you.

    1. Please be aware that if you don’t have access to your old email, you can still open a support ticket at: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    2. Please add your order # or the transaction ID for the purchase, so our team can find it.

    3. Also, you can add the old email address to validate the license.

    Hopefully this will resolve the access-to-support problem.

    no I just said that I registered a long time ago and I no longer have the confirmation email. I haven’t talked about accounts. I can log in but on that page it doesn’t ask me for support and asks me to verify my email following the procedure (https://ibb.co/5Y5dVw3). but following the procedure no message appears to me to confirm the email. as per my reply to his colleague.

    so you haven’t been able to solve it yet. it’s a little absurd. you are unable to regenerate a confirmation email for acjp@npmagency.com. sorry but I urgently need to solve this problem and it seems to me that we are still at the starting point when it was enough to review the previous tickets. thank you`

    Can you please go to this page and click “Need something else? Contact us!” There, you’ll be able to access support without creating an account or verifying email.
