    Hello @ntinnev,

To narrow it down a bit, I’d start the troubleshooting with these steps:

    1) Try another jpg image of about the same size.
    2) Change the theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except WooCommerce.

If it doesn’t resolve the problem, kindly share the following so we can take a closer look at your setup:

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs (if available).

    Thanks!

    Hey Mirko,

Before I will figure that out , is there a max dimension height and width in wordpress? This might cause the problem.

My picture was bigger then the max dimension 2500px! This caused the problem. Resolved.

    Hi @ntinnev,

A full size image should be regularly accepted unless you have a theme that permits changing the original image height and width settings.

Anyway, thank you for letting us know this is now solved.

Feel free to open a new topic if you have any other questions.

    Cheers.
