Hi @deny21,
This is a known problem with the native WooCommerce checkout.
The Fluid Checkout PRO version will have a feature to solve this problem.
The customer will be able to complete their purchase as a guest user even when they already have an account with the same email, then the plugin will attach the order to their existing account automatically.
We are working very hard to release the PRO version to be launched by late March / early April 2022.
Be sure to visit our website and sign up for the newsletter to receive more information about the PRO version.

I’ll keep this topic active and update you here once the feature is available.
Best,
Diego

No this is not what i mean. I can’t let the user buy as a guest, cause i sell online courses, and them have to be linked to an account. I just want that when the user type his e-mail, if the e-mail already exist, a message “e-mail already exist” appear and the field border turn in red in ajax. Is this possible?
Hi @deny21,
However possible, we do not recommend implementing this behavior.
If we only display the field as invalid, with the red border and the message, but do not allow these registered customers to complete their order, a good part of them will likely not complete it.
During our research phase, we identified that when users are required to log in before continuing with the checkout abandon the website because of frustrations related to the login process. These could be because they forgot the password, can’t access their email inbox to reset the link, or other issues. Adding friction to the checkout process.
Once the order is completed, the order will be attached to the user account in the same way as if they were logged in while purchasing.
After that, they would be required to log in to access the content.
If you still want the behavior you described, that would be considered a customization service.
Best,
Diego
@deny21 the plugin YITH Easy Login Register Popup for WooCommerce solve this problem.
The customer enters the e-mail, if he has an account, the password field for login appears, if he does not have an account, the option to create.
