Wordfence pro won’t run

Hey all

My server got hacked pretty badly and I’m trying to rebuild it all. First thing I want to run a wordfence but it’s telling me
Scan Failed: The scan has failed to start. This is often because the site either cannot make outbound requests or is blocked from connecting to itself. Click here for steps you can try. (opens in new tab)

I have been through the obvious solutions and running the scan remotely and in debug mode.

In a similar resolved thread someone said to include a chunk of the log file so here’s the last 10 lines from my wordfence scan. ANY CLUES ???
