reCAPTCHA Not Displayed on Contact Form

    Greets:
    I have installed WPForms Lite, and have gone through all the steps to use the reCAPTCHA option. The validation in the end seems to be successful, but my actual page is not showing the captcha itself.

    I’m unsure why it’s not appearing. The setup wizard does itself include the captcha, though unfortunately it seems I’m unable to attach an image so that You can view it.

    Things are a little difficult for me to see, so any step-by-step guidance to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    I looked at the page you’ve shared, and it seems that the form is not designed using WPForms. When you have some time, can you please double-check and let me know?

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    You are correct ab out the form; I’ve spent last night attempting to get another contact form plugin working, but have given up on it for the night.

    I did replace the code with the same shortcode that I have been using for WPForms Lite, but weirdly this time, unlike the last several times I tried, the captcha info is now displayed. Not sure if it had anything to do with me finding out yesterday that I needed to increase both the PHP and WP memory limits, which I’ve done yesterday. Still, I could never get the captcha to appear, and that’s a good development.

    However, for some strange reason, when I click on the Submit button, I get a message about a field that needs to be filled out, but it’s not visible. Also, the submission did not take. I seem to be close to resolving it, but not quite.

    Hey @velanche,

    Thanks for updating the thread, and I apologize for the delay in getting back to your support request.

    I looked at the form, and it seems that the form submission and reCAPTCHA both are working fine, however, it’s not using WPForms. When you get a chance, can you please share the page URL where WPForms is embedded so I can take a closer look?
