Help modifying Grungie Theme

Hello,

I just had a wonderful first experience installing a free theme called Grungie and updating to 3.0 with no problems. I’m a long-time fan of WP but this is my first time doing more advanced things with WP.

However, to tweak my site, I think I need to go into the code and I know nothing about the code. Theme options do not include a way to change these, either.

I am trying to:
1) Remove the “Archives” and associated listing on the far right. Normally I’d do this in widgets, but this must be a theme-permanent thing because it’s not showing up there.
2) Just under “Archives” you’ll see “Partner Links.” The links are as I want them, but I can’t change the title “Partner” through normal means on the links menu. The category on the back end says “Affiliates” but it won’t change on the front page.
3) If possible, I’d like to move the Twitter component over to the right, where “Archives” currently rest.
