Hi, I’m seeing an error in my PHP logs on my woocommerce site:

2022-03-12T18:07:38+00:00 CRITICAL Access level to Cleantalk\Variables\Post::$instance must be public (as in class Cleantalk\Variables\ServerVariables) in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/lib/Cleantalk/Variables/Post.php on line 0

Is this a known issue? Version incompatibility of some kind? Sign of an alien invasion? It kinda seems like something that is likely causing issues somewhere and I’m trying to track down issues some of my customers are having when placing orders; I don’t *think* this is related, but it’s cropping up *a lot*.

Thanks for any insight anyone can provide; I’m a developer but I use wordpress because I *don’t* want to have to build this site myself =]

    Hello @taxilian

Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the issue.

Please, reinstall the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled:

    1. Enter the Anti-Spam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Anti-Spam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    2. Check the box of the last option “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate and delete the Anti-Spam plugin.
    4. Install the latest version from the WP marketplace.
    5. Activate the Anti-Spam plugin.
    6. Enter your access key in the plugin’s settings.
    7. Save changes.
    8. Wait for a few minutes then refresh the page and check the progress.

If it doesn’t help, please contact us directly via our support system:
