Password Reset not working

Hello guys,

Password reset feature is not sending out the email with the actual password reset link to the user. When user clicks on “Reset your passoword” button from the email he gets redirected to the Reset password url, to submit his email address and then clicks on the button “Reset your password” and he gets redirected to the Reset your password page, therefore this cycle repeates again forever.
