    Hi,

My slide in forms widths are not setting in mobile view. If I choose px or % it has no effect for mobile. Even, when I use the size slider or set a value in the box in the preview page for mobile, nothing happens, the form does not slide left to right on increase / decrease of value.

All is well for desktop, and also for desktop in the preview when using the slider the form’s width grows/ shrinks as expected.

At the moment I have 100 % width forms which can not be cleared out of the way on mobile and are covering a lot of the screen.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi there @agizzie 👋🏽!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

Your theme or another plugin can interfere if your form doesn’t show up at all. Please refer to the following guide to rule it out as a root cause: How to Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts.

If that doesn’t solve the issue, could you please reach back to us sharing a URL where we can inspect the form?

    Cheers!
