You have multiple WordPress image optimization plugins installed. This may cause unpredictable behavior while optimizing your images, inaccurate reporting, or images to not display. For best results use only one image optimizer plugin at a time. These plugins may cause issues with Smush:WP Rocket
By the way I enabled lazy load only in WP Rocket plugin. I disabled this feature in Smush and Publisher Theme.
Is this message important or I should ignore?

I hope you are doing good today.
If only one Lazy Load feature is enabled now, you can ignore this message, as this is only a warning which detects other plugins, like WP Rocket. We have many such warnings in Smush, as many other know plugins on the market offer similar features.
