If I understood you correctly, WooCommerce doesn’t have something like this natively, and you may need to use a plugin for that.
However, the Pre-Order plugin and the Subscriptions Plugins aren’t compatible yet.
Alternatively, you could create a pre-order product, and once the user purchases your pre-order product you could convert them to a subscription once the pre-order product is delivered.

If I understand correctly, I can convert a pre-order into a subscription? The customer will have to enter his payment method again? Or will it be the same as the pre-order payment method?
We agree that the subscription module allows a monthly direct debit from the customer without the customer having to take any action?

Yes, the pre-order plugin allows payment before and after.
Both plugins have a 30-day refund window in case you want to test.
