@revived are you still experiencing issues with GiveWP 2.19.3?
From our experience, it can mean two things:
1. Your account is not active to receive payments
In this case, you need to make sure that your account on the payment gateway is active by contacting the payment gateway directly.
2. You are using the wrong account.
In this case, you need to navigate to Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > PayPal >> PayPal Standard and see if the email is the correct one.

We are having the same problem, we’re using PayPal Standard for our Church giving at https://faithcenterfreeport.org/giving.
All of the donations end up as pending. We’re using GiveWP 2.19.5
Yes we still need assistance. Our account is active and we’re using PayPal Standard. Still getting that error.

When I try to make a donation on your site and I’m taken to the Paypal checkout page with the error, the URL in the address bar starts with this:
https://www.paypal.com/donate/?business=0….
The business parameter should be your Paypal email address. Can you triple check that you entered an email address in Donations -> Settings -> Paypal -> Paypal Standard -> Paypal Email?
Otherwise, I don’t know why it’s sending a 0.
@efcolon your issue is different. The Paypal checkout page is working on your form. We’re looking into this issue about why the donations remain Pending. In the meantime, cross-reference the donations in your Paypal account, if the payment has been completed there, you can manually set the donation to Complete.
