@nikitabaliov Have you performed a conflict test yet?
Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.
If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.
Please let us know your findings.

Sorry, my English is not so fluent. I tray to explain situation. When the product rating is performed, then everything looks fine until product updating and after that, cache cleaning. Next, rating stars are grey in a product category page, but if you click on given product page with review, rated with stars, the rating is not marked and averaged (if there are more than 1 values), but still showing reviews by stars, bottom the average grade! Exactly, at this page, bottom of screenshot, see tab “Отзиви” (“Reviews”) and click over it. It will be presented Review section. See left graduated stars. There is 1 review/rating with 5 stars, but “Based on 0 reviews” and “0.0 overall”. If you give a rating for this product, it will be accepted and will be averaged (without previous result) to next product updating! I.e. it is related with caching. If I stop cashing it will work correct. How to exclude product rating from cashing?
@nikitabaliov You can add all Rating plugin JS files inside “Exclude JavaScript from processing” in WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript and check if it helps to fix the issue?

I’ve never minified javascrips! I minify HTML and CSS, also Page caching. When I update all products, I clear Minify and Page cache, after that, I clear Woocommerce all cache options. If I clear nothing, it is presented correctly! Sorry to disturb you if you can not find solution, I will use it as it is. I solve it by updating every comment with some review. It shows correctly!
But it is work till next product updating. I will have difficulties when there are huge amount of reviews.
