SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

    Hello,
    The past few days when people have tried to pay the following error message has come up;

    SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

    I person who looks after this is not available so i’m trying to fix it.

    This is a live site, so want to limit the amount of interference I need to do.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
