    The client (account name “Emma O’Donnell”) did a single refund on one item within the order, it then 1 minute later somehow made my admin account (named WebsiteNI) refund again.

    This refunded the user twice, not just in the website but also on PayPal.

    This issue occurred before and I previously had a ticket opened with you on it, at the link below:

    We did the webhook re-subscribe thing and then also a little bit after that updated to the newer PayPal plugin you brought out and the issue stopped, until recently.

    Can you please help me resolve this? This is causing our client a lot of issues.

    I have also opened a ticket through your website so as to include the WooCommerce System Report.

    This should be resolved already in the latest version 1.8.1. So I suggest updating the plugin if you’re still on an older version.
