WP dashboard has multiple messages to confirm my email address, and I can’t delete them by checking the X.

You can upload it to your media library and share a link here, for example

there is no upload paperclip visible, only to add a URL link

I have the same problem. I uninstalled the plugin, but the notice remains.

The WP support system does not permit attachments, so please see the screencap here.
