Also, This support forum here is only for the free version of CartFlows which also can be downloaded from here.
You are reporting an issue related to CartFlows Pro which has the upsell/downsell feature. We have a separate support desk on our website for our Pro plugin users.
If you wouldn’t mind asking all questions or issues related to CartFlows Pro there. I am sure one of our developers will surely help you.
