I’m using the premium version of your plugin and have just run a first backup, but it has come back with some errors. Please see the following:

Hi @stevesims1969

It seems like your web server timeout limit cancelled the process.
For such cases we have alternate backup method that should bypass this limit.

Please follow these steps:
1. Go to “Other options” section
2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
4. Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 95)
5. Save “Other options” section
6. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

@yessirpro, in your case the issue is related to huge database table over 3 GBs.
We have not tested the plugin for such large tables, as it is way above the average of WordPress entire database size.

It should be fine for you to exclude this table from backup. You may need to migrate it manually anyway, as it’s not part of WordPress core.

The table is: wphc_wpsetts (3,347.60 MB).

For such large tables you will need SSH or direct access to the server anyway as well as time to complete the task.

If you are 100% sure that you don’t use this table, you can remove it.
That should also push the backup forward 🙂

In any case you should be still able to backup the file by increasing the limits of your web server and increasing query output of our plugin in “Other options” section, the value here should be above 10000.

I can also send you new beta version with exclusion rules for database.
